I was contacted by a recruiter with a link to submit a pre-recorded video interview. I personally did not want to be recorded and reached back out to the recruiter for alternatives (such as a phone screening) and received no response. So, if you are uncomfortable with being recorded/submitting a recored video. I would not recommend moving forward with the interview process.
