Principal Global Service interview process is un-predictable to understand, after giving all rounds of interview, they provide negative feedback, though in every round it has been stated by Recruiter Analyst that you have clear first round, second round etc. over email and verbal communication.
Secondly, to my surprise when Recruiter Analyst called me up for third round of interview after giving positive feedback of first two round, I requested them to schedule at 4:30 PM, I have been told 4:30PM is rejection panel, so they schedule for 4:00 PM.
To my surprise what sort of process they follow, either they are just wasting candidate time conducting multiple interview on same day with negative feedback as a result or it's just Drive and Branding.
