ProSphere interview questions

Got a call on Monday morning from the recruiter she did a screening interview. She called me later that morning and said the recruiting manager wanted to speak to me. He called me later that afternoon and we had a small conversation. He didn't ask any technical questions or very few simple questions. I asked him if we move forward in the interview process when should I hear back for the in person interview. He replied that there wouldn't be a third interview and that he plans to send me a offer letter in the morning. This confused me so much and was HIGHLY skeptical of the legitimacy of this position. Tip to the hiring manager: If you can't meet your potential employee in person do a Skype call with them. You wont come off as a scammer.

"Tell me about yourself". That was it. 10 minute conversation. Your questions to the hiring team will last longer than their questions. They call you in and tell you about the benefits and you walk in for an unprofessional laid out interview.
