Phone interview with a recruiter. No one bothered to email or say anything in over 8 months! Very dry interview, no personality whatsoever, reading from script. Have a courtesy to let people know of your decision after you waste one another’s time guys!
Your in-house recruiter scheduled an interview with me. It starts off as a pretty standard phone interview but within the first 10 minutes of my phone interview, she goes “I need to check with the hiring manager on something”, and abruptly hangs up on me without an explanation.
This is pure, unadulterated rudeness. If this is how they handle the interview/hiring process, I can only imagine the hot mess this company is in.
My family has been in the commercial construction business for several decades on the West Coast. I sure hope they treat clients and prospective clients better than they treat potential hires.
I am so sorry to hear you had that experience. At Procore, we pride ourselves on being an exceptional company to work for and strive to provide a best-in-class candidate experience. I am looking into this, and would really appreciate it if you could share your contact info via employerfeedback@procore.com. That way I can follow up with you directly and get things back on track.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Carpinteria, CA) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was referred by an internal contact into the marketing dept. First, there was a call with the Director, which went very well. Next, I was invited for an onsite interview, which entailed 4 separate chats with department heads. Each interview was very relaxed and casual as they mainly just want to get to know you. The next day I received a notice for a final interview with the EVP. Again, a very relaxed atmosphere, with some basic questions about my experience and the job itself. Awesome interview experience and awesome company! Can't wait to get started!
