Mandatory problem-solving "games" which seem like an IQ test in order to qualify for an interview, Two rounds of interviews, same sort of questions for both rounds. Around 5 behavioral questions focused on core qualities they look for in employees (leadership, teamwork, trust, etc.), and about two questions about specific examples of problem-solving

Interview
There are one assessment and 3 interviews in total, all on the same day. The final results take around 2 weeks. I have interviews mostly with behavioral questions, what would you do in certain situation, e.g. you see a mistake in a process, or better way to improve current process, but this has been run for years, etc.
Online Assessment: personality questions and logic questions.
In person Assessment - Reasoning test: numerical, verbal and figurative reasoning.
3 rounds of Competency Based Intervies. I have only done the first one so far.
