Interview
2 phases of interviews, 1st with band 2 or 3 engineers and 2nd with HR manager. Both interviews consisted of the same set of questions that show a certain skillset that the company looks for. You can answer the same in both interviews since they are not connected.

Situational questions mainly. What was one challenge I faced and how I overcame it?
The interview was canceled during the start of the interview. Had to reschedule with a different interviewer. 7 Questions, about 1 hour. They were all pretty difficult questions that you should give long answers with good context.

Bad test and vet lengthy and if they reject you then you are banned for the next 12 months. So be careful it's literally just a psychometric test with no technical knowledge testing

Completely non-technical. Just reviewing you as someone who could fit into the company's culture. The questions revolve around the five peak performance factors plus a couple of situational questions. I highly recommend a youtube channel called Bahroz Abbas to prepare for any P&G interview.
