After the application and an online assessment, they required me to drive out of state in the middle of a weekday to complete an in person skills test. The arrogance of these people. What an absurd and burdensome request. I withdrew my application.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand mit 3 Gruppenleitern und der Abteilungsleitung statt, da zu dem Zeitpunkt 3 Stellen offen waren.
Es wurden sehr viele stellenbezogene Fragen gestellt.
Da in einer der Gruppen die Kommunikation auf Englisch stattfand, wurde das Gespräch nach meiner Zustimmung auf Englisch geführt.
