I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Warsaw, Masovia) in Mar 2020
Interview
My process took about 3 months overall. The first experience was mixed as I was given various positions to consider without proper explanation why.
The first step was an initial interview with company recruiter, then an assessment centre which was time consuming and not that easy, especially the dots part where you have to remember the position and order of an appearing dot. If you are successful enough to score above 80 +/- % I believe you are invited for the interview with Manager and at the end the panel interview.
My first interview was great and interviewer was extremely friendly + she answered my questions covering various topics in the company.
My second interview was also interesting as it was 100% in English with one member of the board from England.
After a three days I have had a phone call from HR confirming that I have passed all the stages but to receive an offer I have to wait for the management decision about their offer of there will be any.
A week after I have received a phone call with an offer and details.
Overall it is a long process but I am sure it will be worth waiting.
My advice is that you have to build your experiences and be prepared for explaining them really deeply using the Context - Problem - Your solution method.
Also be yourself and prepare your questions at the end. Do not try to act, chill out!
