The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2009
Interview
The recruiter scheduled a one-on-one interview with me that consisted primarily of behavioral questions. They were very keen on the context/action/result answer format. The online component consisted of a reasoning test and a management test. The reasoning portion seemed to be adaptive. The management portion was standard fare, "tell me about a time when you exhibited leadership," etc. It's my understanding that if they don't tell you that you've failed the online portion within seven days, then you've passed it.

Required leadership and technical assessment to interview. From there, if your test is good you may or may not get selected to advance. It is really important to study up on your particular subject area, six sigma, and other relevant support certifications that make you stand out for these roles.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
