      Supply Chain Graduate Program Interview

      Dec 3, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England) in Dec 2024

      Interview

Firstly, online assessment which consists of games. Then you move on to interviews which assess your PEAK performance factors. I applied in September and my first interview was in November and second interview in December. The process was time consuming and previously in April when I applied, the role closed for no valid reason. I applied again in September when the role opens again. 5 questions that are in the form of "tell me a time when..." and two other questions that the interviewer will give you a scenario and assess how you would act on them.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me a time when you face a change / tell me a time when you work in a group / Imagine you are in a group where there is no collaboration and missing deadlines, what would you do etc

Graduate Program - Supply Chain Interview

      Apr 30, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Oct 2014

      Interview

Online application. Online personality test and numerical reasoning. The software for the tests is really bad and breaks down a lot. Don't worry, you can get in again and finish. It might even favor some candidates more then others through getting more time per question. Personality test: The general questions on leadership, teamwork, etc. Numerical: Similar style to the practice quiz they offer on their website but considerably more difficult. You need to do the numerical quiz again on paper if you get on and that quiz is very similar to the online one. Sometimes even the same questions are used so make sure you practice and think about them in the meantime. Competency interview: Makes sure you have PLENTY of situation examples. You are always asked to back up your statements with a situation from your life so give this a good think beforehand. 2 interviewers, both were friendly and open so it was a comfortable interview.

      Question 1

Give me an example of when you had to find a creative solution to a problem.
