      Process Engineer Intern Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Gattatico, Reggio Emilia, Emilia-Romagna) in Apr 2014

      Interview

I applied for this position on the company web site. I completed the on line assessment process, including on line aptitude and reasoning test. In about a week I received an invitation from the company for a day interview process. The day started with a reasoning test which pretty looks like an IQ test. 40 questions in 65 minutes, average difficult but time management is important. Provided the test result was positive, I took 3 interviews with 3 different plant managers, everyone made in Italian. All the interviewers followed the same scheme. They started with a discussion about my credentials and my experiences and then they asked a standard behavioral-based question. They were not particularly interested in the answer but more in the answer structure. They desired to have an accurate description of the situation, with the Contest, the Action and the Result. After these 3 interviews I had a last one with the plant director which followed almost the same scheme. They communicated the result of the recruiting process the following morning.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

standard behavioral-based questions like: -Tell me a time when you tought someone something. -Tell me a time when you lead a team. -Tell me how you faced a difficult situation.
