I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Egham, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
I was invited to complete an on-line test and was subsequently informed that I had been unsuccessful. I found their application process to be very clunky, difficult and buggy and the on-line test was similar so I didn't have a great deal of confidence that my answers had actually been submitted, never mind submitted correctly!

From the start, the communication was clear, and the process was well-organized. The interviewers were professional yet friendly, making me feel comfortable while asking thoughtful questions relevant to the role. They took the time to understand my skills and experience, and it felt more like a meaningful conversation than just a standard Q&A. I also appreciated how they outlined the next steps and provided a realistic timeline for feedback. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience that left me with a great impression of the company.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time when you faced a challenge at work and how you handled it?"
General Questions were asked. Nothing too technical, the recruiters and recruitment process was pretty clear and supportive although lengthy. Overall a good experience, would suggest others to keep going and interview as well.
