First stage is uplaod cv. The second involves online testing with math and question section. In math section its better to answer more and potentially get some wrong rather than perfect it. They are testing your ability to answer under pressure making educated guesses. Final stage is 3 online 1-2-1 interviews.

3 online interviews. Each one was with a different interviewer. I believe if you request a panel interview that may bring it down to 2 interviews but usually 3 interviews in total. Each interviewer was very cordial and made you feel comfortable.

they ask you questions based on the company values and the 5 “peak performance” values
It was a pretty good interview. They started by asking about who I was, and then this was followed by asking a series of behavioral questions. Afterward, they allocated time to answer any questions I had for them.
