I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
I applied online and did the personality test and cognitive assessment. About a week or two later, I received an email from a University recruiter and scheduled a phone interview. The interview had 5 behavioral and 2 situtational questions and time at the end for me to ask questions. I got an email a week or so after that requesting a final interview. This interview process included an hour-long introduction into P&G, 2 hour-long project reviews with current R&D engineers, and a final interview with a panel of engineers. The final interview was set up the same as the first: 5 behavioral and 2 situational questions. I got a call the next day with a verbal offer and received a formal offer two days after.

Interview
Was very good. Really smart interviewers. Semi hard questions. Total of 2 interviews. 6 questions in total, I’ll recommend preparing for it heavily, very helpful video’s online. I’ll also recommend being mock interviewed through a career center or some industry professional because practice makes perfect.
No technical questions for the internship; the questions are all about your previous project and team work experience. all the questions could be well prepared in advance. It was a very nice experience overall.

The interview was not so difficult. they ask some questions about your background and etc. you get to ask different questions and understand how the R&D organization works. Normally if you get recuited, you will start as a junior employee and will take a lot of trainings at the beginning.
