First stage is online tests.
3 interviewers (can be 1 or up to 3 different sittings).
Up to 5 Behavioural (past experience) and 2 Situational (given a scenario, what would you do) questions. Answer all questions in CAR format (Context, Action, Results).

Based on leadership, innovation, productivity, excellent execution, coaching other.
Long process from application to interview including time consuming aptitude tests. The interview experience did not meet my expectations. However, the culture really came through which made me realise that we were not aligned.
