      Global Business Services Interview

      Jun 13, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Ikeja, Lagos
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Ikeja, Lagos) in Feb 2013

      Interview

There are typically 3-4 interviews. The first also known as the entry interview checks if you have the values and principles the company places so much importance on. Once you pass that suitably, you are considered PG material and can move on to the next interview. The next interview is usually psychological/situational with the intent of riling you and seeing how you react to stressful/negative situations depending on the nature of the role you're applying for. Once you pass that, you get tested in relation to your choice department and/role. You could have more than one after this if you are being considered for a function/role which you are not aware of but they feel you might be a fit for. Eventually, if you scale through all the phases, you'll be offered the option that's considered a best fit for your personality type and skill set. The rest of up to you
