      The psychometric test was not a good experience at all. It is a terrible way to test new candidates. It blatantly disregards actual skill, talent, and dedication of the candidates, which should be regarded in higher regards.

      The interview was smooth and friendly, focusing entirely on behavioral questions without any technical assessments. The atmosphere felt relaxed and conversational, creating a comfortable space to share experiences and motivations. It was more about understanding my personality, communication style, and mindset rather than testing technical knowledge.
