Applied online and filled up a questionnaire. Then took the two assessments, the Success Drivers Assessment and the Reasoning Screen basically a logic test and it is fairly simple. After a week got an email and set up a date for a phone interview. All the questions where behavioral type questions and as long as you have some experiences to talk about using the CAR (Also STAR method) it can be simple. Just don't get nervous and you'll do fine. After a week of the phone interview got an email telling me that the interview had been positive and they would consider me for further opportunities. I am now waiting for the next step in the process.

Initially Interviewed by corporate, not by plant. Then interviewed by plant with 4 people. It was an all day interview which ended up in an offer. Plant manager, engineering director, quality and the ESO interviewed me. Mainly on leadership questions.
