It had both behavioral-based and situational based interview questions which I find beneficial when hiring a senior level employee (which is not something P&G does often) yet it can be pointless if the person who is applying has almost zero experience other than college experience. Giving answers from your college projects only, might be repetitive during the interview, which is why I think I got rejected while applying for their summer internship program. They are looking for a very specific kind of person who shows signs of becoming a good leader even from the beginning of their career. They want to invest in someone for the long run who is actually seen as the future of the company since the beginning of their employment.
