I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy , setting aside the behaviour of the interviewer who seemed disinterested and would rub and close his eyes during the interview. The interviewer would interrupt , mute and then continue talking to someone else it seemed while I was answering questions . But putting aside the conduct of the interviewer , the questions were simple enough and were behavioural and situation based , you were expected to answer using the C.A.R method . After that experience I don’t think I would want to work at P&G , the brand was not represented well by the interviewer.

Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
