I had a first stage interview with a National Account Manager who was very friendly. It lasted about an hour and half of the questions were about my experience, half were situational. I felt like it went well and I had time to ask some questions at the end, however I did not receive an offer to progress to the next interview stage, and didn't get any feedback either.

You apply by sending in your CV and filling out the usual information about yourself, your experience, your education etcetera. Then, the online assessment stage is quite challenging: not so much the behavioural questions but the dot pattern recognition game style test. I’m not sure what it’s trying to test or how it helps the recruiters gauge my competency…

Brilliant interview process, learnt a lot about the company and had plenty of time to ask questions. All interviews were very positive experiences and the final assessment centre was great! It was 2 days in the office meeting lots of people, completing a short assessment and another interview
