2 face to face interviews, then a decision was made shortly there after. met with the leadership team - they seemed pretty good.
Lots of questions around sales among other things.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prodigy Labs (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2020

Question 1
what are your recruitment strategies/approaches when a new role is released.
Awful.
Had a 15 min phone screening with the recruiter.
Spoke too quickly off the bat and was late. Did not acknowledge this and started asking very vague questions and was not happy about my vague responses.
Conversation pivoted to whether I had experience in a client-facing capacity. A) marketing position, I didn't realize they wanted someone for sales. B) If I had client experience, it would be on my resume. And in general, don't put a job positing out that isn't truthful and then get impatient with a candidate for not having the skills.
This recruiter was incredibly rude and had zero professionalism or people skills. I was repeatedly cut off from my questions and responses, hurried for time and when I communicated this, the recruiter responded "I did not cut you off" (as I was being cut off.) Ironic, right?
