Profilics interview questions

It's average company to join. As In Ujjain only few companies are working in IT sector, So you have few option only to join or work in ujjain. So first visit there & check.

The interview was more into technical. at first I was gathering courage or I must say I was confused that, shall I talk to a company in a small city and was thinking how small/big it would be and about the team strength/ technologies they might be working on and finally the salary factor. But finally I thought to give it a shot, and went to talk to them. At first I was observing the office interior and people / staff there. It was 'better' than my expectation, and the staff was looking very disciplined. And then they started asking me several questions, they was all into Basics, Or I must say core programming logics. The process went for 2 hours it was so healthy session, the interviewer made me feel so comfortable that I was not even realizing that it is an interview. It was a nice session and finally we came to salary negotiation, and I was very much happy with the package they offered me.
