The first round was an HR phone screen, with the second round being a behavioral with upper-level staff. The HR interviewer mentioned that the third round would be an in-person interview in their Burlington, MA office.
The HR interviewer was amicable, communicative, and transparent about when they did not have answers to my questions. The turnaround time between rounds was short (~1-2 days)
The second round interviewer was very dismissive and unprepared for the interview from the start. They seemed to not have looked at my resume or profile even 5 minutes beforehand, both left their camera frame and yawned multiple times, and acted disinterested throughout the meeting in general. Although Salesforce experience was listed as "preferred but not required" on the posting, they placed heavy weight on my lack of experience and seemed to not have many questions prepared that did not involve Salesforce.
