I took the online assessment. 7 days later received an email to schedule a phone interview. They called me on time, she started to ask behavior questions and asked me why you want to join us. I was a very good prepper, even my coach was sitting beside me and I answered her in the same way they want you to answer. She kept asking me for 1 hour. at the end of the call, I asked one single easy question, What you love about working for progressive and guess what she did not know how to answer me. she was lost and start telling me a story about the owner of the company and how she started and start laughing.

Interview process starts with a one-way video interview where you are recorded answering a variety of behavioral questions. Do your homework and look up sample questions on YouTube or Google, there are plenty out there. Study up on the S.T.A.R. method of interviewing.

The process started with an automatic request for a prerecorded video-style interview. There were roughly 10 questions about previous experiences and how your background applies to the position. Received an answer from a service rep within a week.

Asked STAR based behavioral questions. No need to focus on technical. Focus primarily on behavioral questions using the STAR format. The interviewer asked approximately 8 behavioral questions. The interview was with the district manager and supervisor.
