The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Austin, TX) in Feb 2010
Interview
a pretty extensive multi tiered interview. started with an aptitude test. which i thought was a joke. even though one of the other testers got sent home cause they couldn't pass it. then an hour phone interview. mine ran long. then a 2 hour face to face interview with two managers. it was some what repetitive but otherwise easy and non intimidating. after passing the background check the main recruiter called me with an offer.

I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Lafayette, LA)
Interview
Process was pretty good. Progressive Insurance interview questions are based on the Targeted Selection model (behavior-based questions) developed by DDI. These questions give us a sneak peek into how you work and implement your skills and abilities. The school of thought here is that past behavior can predict future behavior.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Fairhope, AL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interviewer was very easy to speak with and a 30 minute interview turned into an 1 .25 hour, ending with an offer contingent on background check report. Started by reviewing work history and relevant skills for position, followed by two behavioral interview questions
