After applying, you’ll receive an email to complete an assessment. The assessment isn’t very hard if you have basic vocabulary and math skills. The most difficult part about the assessment would be the simulation. Pay close attention to the instructions provided during the simulation. If you’re assessment is approved you will be given the opportunity to interview using HireVue. Learn STAR format and I’ve also read to smile and show some personality. After this step they continued on with other potential candidates so I just wanted to provide some help to those interested. I can’t wait to apply again.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
