You interview first by taking a sort of online test to show that you are mostly capable of navigating the system you’d be using, answering questions and then if selected you interview by answering question on video.

The company uses the "STAR" interview process. They do give you a heads up on what that is. That way you do have time to prepare for the role you are applying for.

Interview consisted of 2 sessions: Hire view interview, next step a recruiter interview, job offer at the end of the phone call.
Very easy process. Just be yourself and you will do fine.

easy and they were accomodating however the process at time become a bit tiring maybe they re biased even after the interview went really well they dont really hire lol
