The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Completed online assessment and phone interview before on site interview. Interview began with an unpleasant woman who was not enthusiastic about Progressive in any way. She rolled her eyes at a response I provided. Several times she demonstrated her own discord with the company's inability to find employees and the high level of call volumes. Next, I sat and observed an employee take calls for about 30 minutes. I was then taken for round 2 of interview with a male. He was more engaged and personable, but he too seemed disconnected from the interview; it appeared to be a chore rather than the chance to sell a potential employee on the company.
I was not at all impressed with the site or the hiring staff. I think Progressive forgot that employees have a choice and it is not just a one way street. Sorry I wasted my time!

Interview
Very very difficult. They are vey exacting you must know all of your info and be very direct. The process is very short and brief so if you make a mistake your out.
First interview invitation is pre-recorded questions and you record your answers in the STAR format. I suggest researching STAR and jotting down some prior scenarios about overcoming difficulties, etc. before starting the interview to be better prepared
Longest process I’ve gone through but they only hire 2% of applicants! It took 4 months to get to my official start date. 3 interviews, which were a little intense but it’s smooth sailing from there

Question 1
A lot of scenarios they use the STAR process I believe but if you’re a good sales person and have experience the answers will come naturally
