What interview process? I sent in my resume for a position that I was clearly qualified for but if you don't pass some assessment then you can't reapply for any future positions for at least 6 mos. The assessment process some of these companies use (and there are very few of them left) is superficial and is not indicative of a candidates qualifications or duties to be able to perform the role applied for. Progressive is letting many well qualified people fall through the cracks with this process...its very frustrating.
