Applied online, had a phone screening a couple days later, mostly behavioral questions/why I wanted to work for them. Was told I was going to get an update in the next couple days...that never happened...pretty much got ghosted. Very unprofessional, I feel that a company should have the decency to inform applicants if they are not going to move forward instead of filling us with dread and anticipation.
