Was headhunted for the role and had to do 7 interviews total. Had to interview with not only the recruiter, and hiring manager but then multiple periphery team participants, senior leadership as well as give a presentation.

Asked about my experience with the scope of the role, and how my experience relates to the role as I see it. Asked what I bring to the table specifically and how I can help. Basically, if they hired me, what do I bring to the table.
