Promont Advisors interview questions

Interviewed with an IT director first, which was a little confusing. He talked about his career a lot and said that the company is a big family and he always insists on interviewing all candidates to ensure a proper fit. I was supposed to interview with the underwriter next, but was told the position was filled internally.
