Interview process with Propeller was very systematic and involved 4 rounds of interview. First interview (call) with recruiter, second interview with hiring manager, 3rd with technical accounting manager and last with Manager of accounting. They also took test on Financial Analysis. Overall, it took 1 month.

It tool 4 weeks. Interview with recruiter (call), then team meeting with hiring manager, technical accountant and Managing Director and online test. All the interview went well and engaging. All the interview went well. Hiring manager was super nice.

The 5-part interview process consisted of an initial meeting with the inhouse recruiter, a meeting with the hiring manager, a three-part accounting skills assessment followed by a review meeting with the technical accountant on staff, the director of HR and a finally a department executive.

Question 1
In what order do you like to review financial statements with clients. That was an interesting question that I had never been asked before. I never thought about doing it in any other order than the order that they flow in. It was refreshing to hear the interviewers answer because I would have never considered doing it in that order had the reasoning behind it not been brought to my attention.
