I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Protiviti (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
There was two interviews, one on campus and one at their office. The first was two parts-one case study and one behavioral, in which there were two different interviewers. At the office it was about an 8 hour event. There was a breakfast, Q&A, group activity, two 30 minute one on one interviews, and it ended in a lunch with me and two current employees. It took about 6 weeks to hear back after my last interview.

Question 1
They gave a case study which we had a day to prepare for. Besides that, the interview was pretty much just behavioral. In the second interview, we had to do a few group activities like a skit about the history of the company and were given a variety of props to do so. Overall I thought it was a fun and a low-stress interview!
The interview process was frustrating because the interviewer frequently interrupted my responses before I could finish my thoughts. This made it very difficult to provide a complete picture of my technical skills and professional background during the conversation.

Question 1
How to plan IA? What are the data analysis tools used? What are the industries i have audited? What r the risk in P2P process?
All in all the interview process felt fair and what is to be expected for a high quality consulting firm. It was a phone screen, then an in-person interview alongside a case discussion, and after that it was a full day in their office.
