I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Bloomington, IN) in Oct 2016
Interview
There were two back-to-back interviews, one behavioral followed by a case.
Behavioral was laid back, asked you things you'd expect like describe something you've overcome that you're proud of, demonstrating your leadership skills, working with a difficult person, etc. Interviewer was really friendly, so if you have answers prepared there's nothing unexpected here.
For the case, they give you a process flow diagram the night before the interview, so if you get something similar make sure to look at that and note potential problems you see, and ways you'd go about improving them. Questions were pretty straightforward--what do you see that's wrong, and how would you fix it? You get 5 minutes to review more info and then you go right in.
Phone screening with the recruiter into behavioral and case study with directors. Process took about two to three weeks. Case study was provided 24 hours ahead of time but this was in 2018 so that process might be different
One behavioral interview, then one case study interview. Then sent the scenario ahead of time for preparation and then will ask questions about to see how many of the issues the interviewee was able to pick up along with potential recs to fix said issues
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are issues/risks present in the scenario they gave me and how can they be fixed
Group discussion Technical interview Personal interview HR round It was smooth but not easy everything was fine as of interviewer and all but the quality of questions was tricky and I was confused about the questions
