Applied at my college's career fair. There were two 30 minute back-to-back interviews on campus, one was behavioral and the other was a simple case study. Then they hosted a dinner and a day's worth of activities at their office. There were two more interviews, but they were mostly behavioral and asking about your past experience.

I applied through my campus website. First round consists of a case study interview where they ask questions about a fictional company's payment process and also a behavioral interview. Second round is a super day with a bunch of other people. Consists of two interviews, one was a bit technical, the other was mostly behavioral.
