Applied on my colleges networking site and then received an email from Protiviti. Followed by an on campus interview with personality and skills questions, situational analysis. Campus interviews consisted of being interviewed by 2 directors. Followed by an on site interview at the companies office where a third Director or MD interviews you as well. Then all 3 got together and made a decision on the candidate.
