It is quite easy in the telephone interview. A few basic question and what you need to do is to have the preparation and do some researches about company because HR will ask why you interest in Protiviti.

Very nice recruiter, kept informed after every stage. Started with CV, application, Questions. Then online assessments, Video Interview. Then HR competency interview, then assessment day. Final stage was a Presentation in person with 2 MDs.
