First interviewed by Robert Half (including a video-recording interview consisting of 5 questions and a 30-min interview with HR). Then proceeded to the assessment center which consisted of three parts: interview, group exercise and written exercise

Final interview: With 2–3 team members; Case study: collaborative discussion, cross-functional insights, and culture fit; Live case (with an interviewer); Presentation to a panel (depending on seniority).
