Interview
Met them at the career fair and was invited for first round interviews on campus. First round interviews included 2 back-to-back interviews, starting with the behavioral and then the case. I really liked my interviewers and it started out conversational before my interviewer asked me behavioral questions. Behavioral questions were not difficult. Next was the case interview. The interview was pretty simple since Protiviti gives you the case the night before. Case was about improving processes (since I applied for the Process position).
Second rounds were an office visit.

HR dept was extremely helpful and consistent with communication throughout the interview process and leading up to the internship.
They definitely are looking for a specific type of candidate who fits the position as well as the values/culture of the company.
