Starts out with a brief telephone interview, then an online test, then a video interview, then an assesment day. The assesment day consisted of a group interview and a 1 to 1 interview! The process was fairly easy but they interview a large number of candidates and you feel like you are getting somewhere and then you have to have another interview.
