Phone interview with recruiter, then interview with clinical director over telehealth. It was a very quick turnaround. Everyone was really nice and thoughtful. They shared a great deal about what the job entails and the process for onboarding.

What kinds of clients do you work with, therapy approaches utilized and then what age groups would I be comfortable working with
The interview process was quick. It was a panel interview where they each asked you a question from a rubric. Some were clinical in nature, some were about how you would handle conflict with a team member.
