I completed the online Publix application and was immediately (within a day) contacted to schedule an in person interview. I met with a manager and a senior manager, and then completed two assessments (one accounting-related and one administered by Human Resources). The interview went well, and the feedback given to me was that I was the top candidate. However, I did not receive an offer.
