Very much intimidating and pointing out the obvious is very much annoying. I dislike the environment and the higher up management have grandiose personalities. I would not trust working at this place with how their practices are with work ethic. It’s very much unrealistic.

Easy. Simple questions and answers. Completed online app first and then was called into store to complete interview. Nice people and good company to work for. Interview was less than 20 minutes total.
