Interview
Senior managers take the time to introduce you to the company's culture and tell you what you are getting into before you agree to take on the challenge! For hourly associates the interview is usually one-on-one or involves the store manager and the department manager of the department you are applying for.
It was fairly easy, with lots of questions. There were three rounds of interviews. All the interviewers were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. Some background on the company. It was a positive experience.

Very nice and friendly. They are technical questions but otherwise great! They have good benefits and employee programs. Recommended. You can go in person to apply or apply online. This is a big company. Many perks offered.
The interview process was virtual; it was very basic, no frills type meeting, easy questions, and fairly short interview overall. At the end, they asked if I had any questions, so I inquired about benefits and hours.
