Hiring manager interview When I spoke with the hiring manager, they seemed disinterested from the moment the interview started. I've spent the past 3 months interviewing since I was laid off, and out of the 50+interviews I've done, this was by far the worst. It felt like he already knew who he was going to hire for the role, but had to sit through my interview as a formality.
