Standard interview. Good, pointed questions. Think before you go to the interview - think about Publix and the company as a whole - it will not be a meat and potatoes interview. And I liked that!
Easy process and quick to respond. HR and Department Manager were nice and explained roles and responsibilities in depth. It was a short and quick interview process. After interview, I was offered a position and schedule for my training.
