Pumpkin Petcare interview questions

The interview process was simple, but no one got back with me regarding the status of my candidacy. We can do better than that, as communication is key. So, the negative reviews are believable.

**BEWARE. This was easily the worst interview process I've ever been through. If this is how they treat candidates I worry about how they treat employees YIKES** Process was dragged out over a few weeks. First spoke with the recruiter, then the hiring manger ... third round was about 3 1/2 hours long including 3 1x1's and a full project presentation using their slides. The people interviewing were nice, After that we spoke about licensing (I'm already licensed and hiring manager seemed excited about that). Now for the fun part - 4 weeks of - 1x email per week saying they were sorry people were out on pto ect... only to get a call from recruiter saying they went in a different direction. Theres no doubt this job market is tough, but to be treated so poorly during the process after getting incredible feedback after the process is just downright sad. There are plenty of companies that value their employees and new hires and this just isn't one of them. The lack of respect will lead to a lack of talent and that will lead to this company failing without a doubt. Be smart - just interview elsewhere.
