I participated at the first meeting. It was a group interview with other candidates. After a week I was called back for a second interview at the company with one of the supervisor. He asked me general questions and why I was interested in working with them.

Quick and not much requirements needed. Straight to orientation the day after the interview. Was offered a 4 month casual contract and once finished was offered a full time contract.
